Parasites May Be In YOU!

Share

No one wants to admit that they may be carrying a monkey-load of parasites in their body. People want to present a dignified front while they are suffering in silence. These parasites not only irritate, they cause many to become reclusive and depressed because of embarrassments.

Some health challenges are as a result of parasites; Your having parasites is not usually because you are careless or unclean, It may have infected you from various sources: barefooted walking, handshaking an infected person, inhaling eggs from the air, eating infected food (raw vegetables & meat), drinking infected water, and the list is endless.

Symptoms of Worms
Frequent and strong itching of the anal area, restless sleep due to the itching and discomfort, pain, rash, or other skin irritation around the anus, the presence of pinworms in the area of your child’s anus, the presence of worms in stools, abdominal pain
colic (cramping and excessive crying in infants), intestinal cramps, nausea, fever, blood in your stool, appetite loss, itchy rash.

The key thing is to make your body uninhabitable for these critters. And the food you eat can play a major role. Eating some foods regularly will not only benefit your physical well-being, but will make life unbearable for the parasites, so they will not be able to live and continue their irritating cycle within you.

Sugary or sweet foods encourage them to proliferate and just one female worm can reproduce tens of thousands eggs. For example, after mating, females start a month-long migration through the host’s large intestine toward the only exit available. Females deposit their eggs near the host’s perianal glands after emerging onto the surface skin, and they die shortly afterward. The emergence and egg-laying process irritates the skin around the host’s anus, prompting the host to scratch the area. Female pinworms lay their eggs at night, so the skin irritation can lead to mild insomnia. The eggs are small enough to be transported through the air and thus inhaled, which can lead to ingestion and infection.

(NaturalHealth365) According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, one-third of the world’s population is infected with parasites. They can enter the body through food or water, mosquitoes, intimate contact and through the nose or mouth after touching an animal or any contaminated surface. The question is – how do we get rid of them.

Roundworm Cycle

Parasites find friendly environments and automatically settle in for the long haul. When our immunity is low and our digestive system is not in good working order they can take refuge in our body. But, dietary changes can help improve this health problem.

These tiny critters are often difficult to get rid of, and also hard to diagnose. As mentioned above, the symptoms of parasitic infestation are very general and may not be that different from other conditions. Other intestinal symptoms are bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, fatigue, allergies and poor immunity.

You may find this hard to believe….

Medications including ebendazole and pyrantel pamoate treat the disease. Follow your doctor’s instructions on preventing and managing the infection if he determines the type of worms responsible for your discomfort. Personally, I prefer a much more natural approach, but the choice is yours.

Pumpkin seeds are known for their nutritional content along with their ability to get rid of intestinal parasites. Roasted pumpkin seeds are not only a great snack, the University of Maryland Medical Center recommends consuming pumpkin seeds, along with plenty of fluids to help both protect against and get rid of any parasites you may have. The seed doesn’t kill the worms but paralyzes them, which in turn prevents them from holding on to the wall of the intestine as they commonly do during a bowel movement.

Since pumpkin seeds are easy to eat with or without the shells, and make a delicious topping for salads, a garnish for casseroles, and can be used in breakfast cereals, it is easy to incorporate them in your meals or as a snack. Garlic contains allicin, which has been shown to get rid of parasites in both test tubes and animal studies. The medical properties in garlic are found in raw diced, sliced, crushed pieces.

More ways to eliminate parasites….

Papaya contains a substance called papain, which is a digestive enzyme. By consuming it 30 minutes before meals – it will help the environment inside your gut become unfriendly to parasites. Digestive enzymes help restore your intestinal tract to a balance state, which makes it inhospitable to parasites.

The seeds of this fruit have been studied and found effective against human intestinal parasites; the research was published in The Journal of Medicinal Food. In this study, a combination of papaya seeds and honey was fed to 30 children with intestinal parasites and after 7 days 23 of the 30 were cleared of the infestation. Isn’t that amazing!

Pineapples contain specific enzymes that target and destroy parasites. Both bromelain and papain are enzymes found in pineapples that have protein-digesting attributes, which minimizes the parasites and allows your body the chance to get rid of them. These are just some of the whole foods that can be incorporated into your meals; some additional helpers are apple cider vinegar, which increases stomach acid, cranberry juice, fennel seed tea and coconut oil which is known to also get rid of yeasts, viruses, and bacteria.

Don’t forget the value of herbs….

The herbs known for getting rid of parasites, are cloves, wormwood, and black walnut. Cloves kill the parasite eggs in the intestinal tract, and both black walnut hull and wormwood get rid of about 100 types of these critters. Parasites will always be part of the environment, but it is up to us to show them they are not welcomed.

Brother John

My name is simply Brother John. Saved and delivered by Jesus Christ just before my 16th birthday, nothing better could have happened to me in my entire life! Read a little more about my encounter with Christ here: Satan Taught Me... https://brotherjohn.org/satan-taught-me-jesus-mastered-me/ .... When I see that something has blessed me in one way or the other, then I want everybody to hear it and get blessed as much, if not much more. I worship with other believers at the The Platts Road Fellowship. In the truest sense of it, BrotherJohn.org is now more than the personal blog of the person who started it, it has evolved into a TEAM of some world-wide believers, who prefer to remain anonymous. This blog has one purpose: give you practical steps in walking with God. The steps can be found in the fresh Letters From God.
