Only A Fool Will Say…..

A battered diamond that survived a trip from “hell” confirms a long-held theory: Earth’s mantle holds an ocean’s worth of water.

“It’s actually the confirmation that there is a very, very large amount of water that’s trapped in a really distinct layer in the deep Earth,” said Graham Pearson, lead study author and a geochemist at the University of Alberta in Canada. The findings were published recently (March 12, 2014) in the journal Nature (see reference below).

I recently encountered another atheist while commenting on a simple YouTube video about the recently scientific discovery of a vast frozen ocean in the earth’s crust. I call this professor who denies God of the Bible – a clueless professor!

Of course, they are living in denial or should say it the Bible-way? They are experiencing a strong delusion, for denying EVIDENCE.

What is the definition Evidence?
Google dictionary defines: “the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid.”

Webster’s adds the legal definition: “material that is presented to a court of law to help find the truth about something.”

Combining these definitions, they lie or deny valid information to which they have ZERO answers. They are ALWAYS side-stepping questions that trouble their souls, which is quite sad.

We can all agree that the big Bang marks the beginning of space and time according to Penrose and Hawking. Einstein believed a in a creator who started it, though it wasn’t a personal God, because of all the evil in the world, another great error he made, if evil didn’t exist we could not chose from good and evil.

I asked him about the moral judgement of the Mind, he started trying silly philosophical semantics as if he didn’t know what I was talking about and worse still he avoided my questions.

I told him, “You know, that’s why we have free will so people can chose to love God in eternity or reject God in eternity; 100% responsible for your choices – so it is apparent that God does not send anyone to hell, you did that yourself because you chose not to accept God’s love.”

The Big bang seems the best evidence for God there is; many scientists do not ignore the evidence of design. Professor Anthony Flew one of many (atheists), saying he “had to go where the evidence leads.”!

So to determine if the God in the Bible is true we can test the claims it contains, and the Bible passes this test, no other so-called holy book does that. There tens of these claims, but let us examine just 15 of them.

First Truth – Claim 1:
Genesis 1:1-2 declares, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. ….. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.” This verse is the summation of science – Time, power, space, matter, and motion.

Science today has just caught up and proved the claim made by the prophets some 2500 years ago! Scientific minds cannot deny this fact that science is summed up in those five key elements of time, power, space, matter and motion.

Second Truth – Claim 2:

Psalm 139:16 says, “Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.”

Science just got wind of this on the DNA; New Biology agrees that the DNA is like a book of codes from where the human parts are formed. The human DNA carries 46 chromosomes in all. 23 pairs of chromosomes. chromosome number defects usually result in down syndrome, albinism, etc.

You claim to be a Bible professor (or should I say religious), have you never read where Jesus revealed that the human body is the temple of the Holy Spirit? Then the Jews claimed, “It took our fathers 46 years to build this temple.”

Go and check again. Let me help you – John 2:20-21.

Third Truth – Claim 3:
Job 38:30 says, “The waters are hid as with a stone, and the face of the deep is frozen. Written over 3,500 years ago.”

Fourth Truth – Claim 4:
Job 26:7 tells us: “He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.”

Science caught up in the 19th Century that the earth free-floats in space, affected only by gravity. While other sources declared the earth sat on the back of an elephant or turtle, or was held up by Atlas, the Bible alone states what we now know to be true – “He hangs the earth on nothing.”

Fifth Truth – Claim 5:
Hebrews 11:3 enlightens, “By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.”

Science came to this realization when the atom was discovered. Not until the 19th century was it discovered that all visible matter consists of invisible elements. Creation is made of particles, indiscernible to our eyes. Atoms are the basic building blocks of matter that make up everyday objects. A desk, the air, even you are made up of atoms! There are 90 naturally occurring kinds of atoms. Scientists in labs have been able to make about 25 more.

Sixth Truth – Claim 6:
Gen 6:15 tells us, “And this is how you shall make it: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits.”

The Bible specifies the perfect dimensions for a stable water vessel. Ship builders today are well aware that the ideal dimension for ship stability is a length six times that of the width. Keep in mind, God told Noah the ideal dimensions for the ark 4,500 years ago.

Seventh Truth – Claim 7:
Act 14:17 – “Nevertheless He did not leave Himself without witness, in that He did good, gave us rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.”

Joy and gladness understood. Evolution cannot explain emotions. Matter and energy do not feel. Scripture explains that God places gladness in our hearts (Psalm 4:7), and ultimate joy is found only in our Creator’s presence – “in Your presence is fullness of joy” (Psalm 16:11).

Psychology accepts these facts, but cannot explain them scientifically. How does science explain JOY? Yet, we all know what the emotion of joy really is, don’t we?

Eigth Truth – Claim 8:
Leviticus 17:11 declares, “‘For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.’” Blood is the source of life and health (Leviticus 17:11; 14). Written some 4500 years ago.

Science: Up until 120 years ago, sick people were “bled” and many died as a result (e.g. George Washington). Today we know that healthy blood is necessary to bring life-giving nutrients to every cell in the body. God declared that “the life of the flesh is in the blood” long before science understood its function.

Ninth Truth – Claim 9:
Genesis 1:24 – Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth, each according to its kind”; and it was so.

Science
The Bible states that God created life according to kinds (Genesis 1:24). The fact that God distinguishes kinds, agrees with what scientists observe – namely that there are horizontal genetic boundaries beyond which life cannot vary. Life produces after its own kind. Dogs produce dogs, cats produce cats, and roses produce roses. Never have we witnessed one kind changing into another kind as evolution supposes. There are truly natural limits to biological change.

Taxonomy, the field of biological classification, attempts to group types of organisms in meaningful ways. An early taxonomist was Greek philosopher Aristotle (384–322 B.C.), who organized five hundred types of animals according to habitat and body form.

Carolus Linnaeus – Taxonomy Scientist

Carolus Linnaeus (1707–1778) is one of the best-known taxonomist. He was a Swedish botanist and is regarded as the father of taxonomy, as he developed a system known as Linnaean classification for categorization of organisms and binomial nomenclature for naming organisms.

By the way, he was a Christ-follower, and he has this to tell you: “The Earth’s creation is the glory of God, as seen from the works of Nature by Man alone. The study of nature would reveal the Divine Order of God’s creation, and it was the naturalist’s task to construct a ‘natural classification’ that would reveal this Order in the universe.”

Tenth Truth – Claim 10:
Revelation 4:11 says, “You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created.”

Science struggles: Which came first, proteins or DNA? For evolutionists, the chicken or egg dilemma goes even deeper. Chickens consist of proteins. The code for each protein is contained in the DNA/RNA system. However, proteins are required in order to manufacture DNA. So which came first: proteins or DNA? The ONLY explanation is that they were created together. Perhaps your Big Bang theory would help your mind acknowledge that or you will catch with the Bible someday.

Still saying, “There is no evidence”?

Eleventh Truth – Claim 11: Genesis 2:7 informs – And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.

Science: Our bodies are made from the dust of the ground (Genesis 2:7; 3:19). Scientists have discovered that the human body is comprised of some 28 base and trace elements – all of which are found in the earth.

Two Questions: How would a man know these things 3,500 years ago? Without all the modern laboratory equipment and space travels?

Are you going to pretend that no EVIDENCE has been presented again? Or need I delve into nuclear energy and what the Bible said 3.500 years ago?

Twelfth Truth – Claim 12:
Genesis 2:1-2 declares: Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done.

Science: The First Law of Thermodynamics established (Genesis 2:1-2). The First Law states that the total quantity of energy and matter in the universe is a constant. One form of energy or matter may be converted into another, but the total quantity always remains the same. Therefore the creation is finished, exactly as God said way back in Genesis.

Thirteenth Truth – Claim 13:
Genesis 1:1 tells us, In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Science: The universe had a beginning (Genesis 1:1; Hebrews 1:10-12). Starting with the studies of Albert Einstein in the early 1900s and continuing today, science has confirmed the biblical view that the universe had a beginning. When the Bible was written most people believed the universe was eternal. Science has proven them wrong, but the Bible correct.

Fourteenth Truth – Claim 14:
Job 38:24 – “By what way is light diffused, Or the east wind scattered over the earth?”

Science: Light can be divided (Job 38:24). Sir Isaac Newton studied light and discovered that white light is made of seven colours, which can be “parted” and then recombined. Science confirmed this four centuries ago – God declared this four millennia ago!

Fifteenth Truth – Claim 15:
In Psalm 8:8, we have this,
“The birds of the air,
And the fish of the sea
That pass through the paths of the seas.”

Ocean currents anticipated (Psalm 8:8). Three thousand years ago the Bible described the “paths of the seas.”

Science: In the 19th century Matthew Maury – the father of oceanography – after reading Psalm 8, researched and discovered ocean currents that follow specific paths through the seas! Utilizing Maury’s data, marine navigators have since reduced by many days the time required to traverse the seas. What atheistic scientists try to hide from the public is the fact that most of those with greater scientific benefits to humanity had a strong belief system in God.

Having read this collation of thoughts from the Bible and different references, I have no doubt that only a fool will say there is no God. King David puts it this way, “Fools say to themselves, ‘There is no God!’ They are all corrupt, and they have done terrible things; there is no one who does what is right.” [Psalm 14:1]
