Jesus’ Mind vs Law of Babylon
Quite often, people think this world, the Earth, is just too vast for God to be who He says He is, the Omnipresent God – Jehovah Shammah – the God Who Is Always There (Ezekiel 48:35). This is far from the truth.
In reality, the Earth has two spiritual worlds co-existing within it. Unfortunately, not many realize this and even when they do realize that there is some other spiritual world, whose prowess is superior to us, they feel helpless or simply afraid.
God, however, refers to these two worlds as two cities! He called the first Darkness and the other Light. It was later we discovered that the darkness is also called Babylon. Yes, the whole world comprises of two cities in the sight of God. One is inferior to the other.
The first one, Babylon, a great City, presently controls the nations of the Earth. This City’s name is derived from the word, Babel, which means “confusion”. It was started by a man called Nimrod, after the Great Flood. Nimrod, from the line of Ham, was the great grandson of Noah (Genesis 10:10).
The City of Babylon was built on rebellion, perpetuating the disobedience of Adam and Eve in the Garden. It was built in defiance to the commandment of God. It was built as a form of worship of one man.
This city had, in reality, began before Nimrod; It was just that Nimrod restarted it in a grand scale. “And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.” [Genesis 4:17]
You would remember that Cain was the first murderer (he killed Abel), but afterwards, he used his skill to build a city. Now, don’t believe all the nonsense that Adam and the early men were cave men. They even had superior intelligence compared with what we have today. How do we know this?
There are Antediluvian artifacts that prove this, which are not usually publicised, but they are available for a true seeker to discover. Let me reproduce what was written:
“In 1954 the government of Colombia sent part of its collection of ancient gold artifacts on a U. S. tour.
“Emmanuel Staubs, one of America’s leading jewelers, was commissioned to cast reproductions of six of the objects.
“Fifteen years later one was given to biologist-zoologist Ivan T. Sanderson for analysis. After a thorough examination and consulting a number of experts, Sanderson’s mind-boggling conclusion was that the object is a model of a high-speed aircraft at least a thousand years old.
“Approximately 2 inches long the object was worn as a pend ant on a neck chain. It was classified as Sinu, a pre-Inca culture from A.D. 500 to 800.
“Both Sanderson and Dr. Arthur Poyslee of the Aeronautical Institute of New York concluded it did not represent any known winged animal.
“In fact, the little artifact appears more mechanical than biological. For example, the front wings are delta-shaped and rigidly straight edged, very un-animal-like.”
I believe these existed before the Great Flood.
When God decided to cleanse the Earth of the wickedness of man with the Great Flood, the Bible tells us that the plates of the Earth were broken up. “In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.” [Genesis 7:11 Emphasis mine]
Recently, it the New Scientists, “’It’s good evidence the Earth’s water came from within,’ says Steven Jacobsen of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.” (http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn25723-massive-ocean-discovered-towards-earths-core.html). The Bible talked about this 21st Century discovery more than 3,500 years ago. Genesis 7 verse 11, Genesis 8 verse 2, and Job 38 verse 30.
Thus the plates of the Earth were broken into several pieces and you have Europe, Africa, Antarctica, Americas, etc. So, you and I feel the Earth is as vast as some abstract wild imaginary expanse? No, it isn’t. It is the same great city that once covered some space that has been divided into several parts.
So, where you have New York, London, Paris, Moscow, Berlin, Conakry, Kano, Zulu, Adelaide, Tokyo, Taipei, etc., in distant lands were all once in a large geographical location, not too far from each other. The fountains of the deep just broke them up, through tectonics, which was orchestrated by God.
So, this Earth was and still is under the control of the great city called Babylon. Babylon has its governmental structure of kings and rulers of the earth (Psalm 2:2).
The kings are heads of corporations, powerful people that control industries. While the world leaders such as presidents and prime ministers are the rulers. The kings control the rulers. However, both groups are controlled by spiritual entities (Ephesians 6:12).
The Laws of Babylon
All in all, there is a perpetual law that has been passed down through the generations; it is the law that sustains Babylon. Babylon thrives with this law; removing or terminating this law would simply mean the end of Babylon.
There is a popular story that Isaac Newton was sitting under an apple tree, an apple fell on his head, and he suddenly thought of the Universal Law of Gravitation. What was happening, he observed, was that the Earth’s force was pulling the apple towards itself and his head happened to be standing in the way.
The city of Babylon thrives on the survival of the fittest – a dog eat dog world. In addition, everything that happens there is governed by a maxim: “Do What Thou Wilt”.
This maxim has had different modifications and styles in which many have been used to generate billion-dollar merchandise. You have, “Have It Your Way”, “Do What You Want”, “Just Do It”, etc. It is even said that the Nike slogan was based on the last words of Gary Gilmore, a murderer!
It is not just an ordinary innocent slogan, but part of the Wiccan Rede that gives freedom for the mind to exercise itself without boundaries, even though they say in a way it does not harm others, but this is a covert lie. This is why it is fully defined as the Law of Thelema (http://www.thelemapedia.org/index.php/Law_of_Thelema).
What many do not realise is that this maxim is the greatest law in the kingdom of darkness, or should I say, in the occult world. It is the exact opposite to the Nature of Christ, who does nothing of Himself, but only what His Father teaches Him (John 8:28).
This law, Paul exposes, is also called the law of sin and death. It is what death uses to control and subject humanity to its prison, the Abyss or Hell.
The Bible reveals that death, like a scorpion, has a sting called sin and man has to sip from the poisoned chalice of sin. Without sin, man cannot die. The strength of sin over man is the law of sin and death.
It is under this law that we have highly trained pilots, surgeons, lawyers, scientists, opticians, nuclear engineers, nutritionists, nurses, politicians, accountants, geologists, botanists, etc.
So over the centuries, their human minds have been shaped and well developed under the laws that govern Babylon. Anyone who does not conform to their way of thinking is deemed stupid or a nonentity. He has no place in their City!
The Golden City
But then, there is also the other City, whose builder and designer is God Himself. This was the City Abraham sought to find and enter for a good portion of his life. He refused to build a house for himself, choosing to live in tents with his family, because he believed that there was a house awaiting him in this God-City (Hebrews 11:10).
This City is golden because it is built by God Himself, with no expense spared; it has God’s fingerprint all over it, and it is His mural and comes from His Personal architectural design. No two houses in this vast City are the same; they are customized for each son of God (Revelation 21).
This city is full of life and light. There is nothing like sickness, disease nor death in it. It is practically powered and maintained by the Life of God Himself.
This City is also a city of light, it is never in darkness and amazingly, God is the source of its light. He said it, “Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.’” [John 8:12 ESV]
This is why the City would not need none of the Sun, Moon or Stars as the source of its light. Not even light bulbs, because there will be no nights that would separate days.
“And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.” [Revelation 21:23]
Incredible, isn’t it? It is an amazing city!”
Jesus gave a glimpse of this in John 15:5. It is the abundant life He gives: “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” (John 10:10)
This City is a golden city and it is called Zion for most part of the Bible. It is later called the New Jerusalem, the New Earth, in the Book of Revelation. Jesus called it, “My Father’s House” (John 14:2).
You would be surprised that it was the same city or world in which Adam lived before his fall. How did we know this? In the city, referred to as the Garden of Eden, there was a tree of life in it. The same tree of life is being presented to us again in New Jerusalem.
“In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” [Revelation 22:2]
This city is governed by a completely contrasting law in comparison with the city of Babylon. The law is called – The Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus. You may simply define it as the Law of Life.
Now, the question is: What is a law? A law is a set way or pattern of carrying out an objective. Every time the pattern is followed or repeated, the specific objective is achieved.
For example, as in the case of Isaac Newton mentioned earlier, the law of gravity.
The word, law, is defined as the system of rules which a particular country or community recognizes as regulating the actions of its members and which it may enforce by the imposition of penalties.
It is also defined as “a statement of fact, deduced from observation, to the effect that a particular natural or scientific phenomenon always occurs if certain conditions are present.”
A man, who decides to defy the law of gravity by jumping from a skyscraper, without any aid such as parachute or similar, will ultimately face the consequence of such defiance, with death.
Jesus, while He was on Earth, was walking in the two cities and obeying the law of one. He obeyed the law of Zion, hence the superiority He exhibited when confronted by the authorities of Babylon.
You would notice that everywhere Jesus went, He was in control; when challenged with the sick, He healed them, when He came across the demonized, He set them free; when confronted with the dead, He brought them back to life. He was always in control.
The inhabitants (spirits) of the two spiritual worlds recognized Him and had maximum respect for Him.
“And, behold, they cried out, saying, ‘What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?’” [Matthew 8:29]
Paul says that those who live in accordance to the law of the Golden city are genuinely living above the law of Babylon (Galatians 5:23). In other words, the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus is superior to the law of sin and death.
When Jesus walked the earth, He lived by the law of the Spirit of life; He walked in power and supreme authority. He was never afraid of anything. Evil always bowed before Him.
When people around Him were hungry, He would simply operate by the law of the Golden City and make provisions available, to meet the people’s needs. When He had to travel from one place to another and there was no means of transportation, He simply travelled by law of the Golden city; He walked on water, defying the law of sin and death!
What am I saying? Even though Jesus was living on the Earth, He was operating from a very different realm, a very superior realm, in comparison to what the vast majority of us have come to know as our world. And that realm is Zion. He lived by its principles and laws. He expressly communicated this to us through His teachings and lifestyle.
His speech and perspective was always different. They said the girl (Jairus’ daughter) is dead, a learned speech of Babylon. But, He said she was sleeping; a very different perspective!
It is this same life to which we have been called. “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.” [[2 Corinthians 6:17-18]
Come Out From Where?
Come out from the Babylon-influenced beliefs and way of thinking. Stop following the concepts of the law of sin and death. Do you know part of those concepts? The Christmas celebrations, the Easter festivities, the valentine days, those other holydays, etc., these are concepts that have been given in Babylon to tie people’s minds to idol-worship.
All kinds of arguments and excuses can be put forward by many followers of Jesus who are entrenched in the very fabric of Babylonian lifestyles, but anyone who truly seeks the truth will quickly discover that God never instituted any of these holydays.
Babylon has unleashed a myriad of liars, who seem to be spokespersons for the church. The Bible calls them the dragon’s tail:
“And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.” [Revelation 12:3-4]
“The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail.” [Isaiah 9:15]
There are so many of them, in the tiny kingdoms the devil has given to them, occupying the Church pulpits in Babylon and teaching their subtle false doctrines and lies. They are from the school of Balaam, who would not hesitate to receive the wages of sin!
Many believers hold on to false doctrines with pit-bull tenacity because their pastors taught them so, they refused to STUDY their Bibles and allow the Holy Spirit to guide them like the Berean believers (Acts 17:11).
These false doctrines are subtly aimed at achieving one thing – holding you bound to the law of sin and death. And if you are bound by the law of sin and death you are its slave!
Flesh, that anti-God nature, feeds only on two things – pride and lust. This is where sin has its fill and thereby attracting death.”
“Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind: for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin; That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.” [1 Peter 4:1-2]
You and I must rise up to the heights to which God is calling us. It is time to rise up with the two wings of the eagle and manifest the glory of God on the Earth; this can only be achieved with the Mind of Christ.

Thank you Brother for “turning on the light” which is helping to pull us out of the dark.
Dear Bigg, thanks for the compliment, but I must say I am not the one turning on the light. This is important. I am so happy that you even said this. Isaiah 60:1-2 says: “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the LORD will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you.” [Isaiah 60:1-2 ESV]
This is the fulfillment of this prophecy on us at this point in the history of mankind. God is the One shinning His Light on us, our job is to “Arise”. That we are to be willing. Enlightenment is our right in God, if we willingly surrender ourselves to Him.
Hi. This is very sound. Very well researched and presented. I believe it is a good explanation to what is happening to today in the world moreover in the church’ though not in all the churches. The brethren should read this as it will surely answer some of their questions regarding Babylon and Egypt. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this and I believe others will too. Blessing.
Practically, how can we live in the golden city. It’s easy for me not to do the Christmases, Easter, Valentine’s etc, but how do you say cope with illness or say poverty when these things shouldn’t be our portion.
Thanks for your question. While I would like to refer you to my previous article (Why Do The Righteous Suffer?) that does give a full explanation to your question, I will still add a few lines here, too. Okay, I won’t talk in parables here; The golden city is YOU. You will automatically receive ALL you need from the Presence of God within you. The gold of the city is the nature and presence of God. You would remember that all the artefacts found within the temple is overlaid with PURE gold. Sickness and poverty cannot stand the Presence of God. Remember, when Jesus walked the earth, NONE of His disciples were sick nor poor.
